Meet your designer
Grounded Design Collective is led by Founder and Designer Genevieve Scott.
Genevieve holds a Bachelor of Architecture (Design), a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours), and a Certificate IV in Interior Design, and has spent over a decade working across residential, retail, and commercial projects. She is known for creating layered, textural interiors that feel grounded yet elevated, balancing thoughtful spatial planning with a refined eye for materiality, tone and detail.
Every project begins with understanding the people who will live or work within the space. Genevieve’s process is collaborative, considered, and detail-driven ensuring each design feels authentic to its story and environment.
Her ethos is simple: good design should feel grounded - but never dull - guided in materiality, driven by purpose, and bold enough to evoke feeling.
